1. When Placing an order for an animal at our pet store, customers are required to make a 50% payment in advance.

2. The advance payment can be make through various convenient methods, such as online payment platforms

3. The remaining 50% of the payment can be made upon the delivery of the ordered animal. 

4. If the customer decides to cancel the order after making the advance payment, a partial refund will be provided based on the store’s cancellation polic. Cancellation fee may apply. 

5. No Return & No Exchange

6. The Delivery of the ordered animal will be scheduled based on the availability and transportation arrangements.

7. Customers are advised to throughly research and consider their decision before placing an order to ensure they are fully committed to providing a loving and suitable home for the animal .
