1. All customers ordering animals for cargo outside of Karachi are required to pay the full amount in advance. 

2. Payment can be made through various methods, including online transfers, or cash deposits at the store.

3. In case of cancellation of the order, customers will be eligible for a refund only if the cancellation is made
2hours prior. A cancellation fee may apply.

 4. Cargo charges will be applied separately, depending on the distance and mode of transportation required.

5. The pet store will take utmost care in ensuring the health and safety of the animals during transportation.
Vaccination and necessary documentation will be provided along with the pet.

 6. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery address details. Any additional
charges incurred due to incorrect or incomplete information will be the responsibility of the customer.

7. The pet store will not be held liable for any delays or damages caused during transit, including delays due to
unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or transportation issues. 

8. Customers are advised to thoroughly research and understand the legal requirements and regulations of their
destination city or country before ordering. The pet store will not be responsible for any legal complications or
restrictions. 

9. The pet store reserves the right to refuse delivery to certain locations based on local laws and regulations or if
it is deemed unsafe for the animals.
